Return Manufacturers Authority

To enable us to process your RMA claim efficiently, please adhere to the following procedure.
  1. Confirm that the product is faulty.
  2. Confirm the product was purchased in Australia.Click Here for US RMA
  3. Do not include the box, manual, driver or cables
  4. Download the RMA Form, fill it in and email to warranty@jaton.com.au or fax back to (03) 9800-0611
  5. Faxed RMA will take up to 7 days to process.
  6. Wait for RA# to be issued (Please note, we will not accept RMA without a RA# )
  7. Return the product to us (address below)
Notes

Replacement


Once we have received the product we will replace it with the same model.
  • If this product is out of stock, standard manufacturers warranty applies.
  • If the product is no longer current and replacement stock is not available we may at our discretion

  • Offer an alternative product
  • Send the customers product to the factory for repair
  • Offer a stand in card until the product has returned from the factory

Freight Costs

Dealers are expected to pay freight costs of RMA to Jaton. Jaton will pay for freight costs back to the dealer. RMA found not to be faulty must be retrieved by the customer at their expense.
